Yeshiva University Delegates Visit Sichuan University – Pittsburgh Institute

On 24 October, Vice President of Sichuan University Liangyin Chu welcomed Vice Provost of Yeshiva University Paul Russo, and his delegation on Wangjiang Campus. The meeting was joined by Director of International Office of Sichuan University, Jiagang Wu; Dean of SCUPI, Minking Chyu; and Assistant Dean of SCUPI, Ye Li.
After the welcome speech, Vice President Liangyin Chu introduced the history of Sichuan University, its top-level disciplines and growing international collaborations. Vice Provost Paul Russo expressed his gratitude to Sichuan University for its warm hospitality. After briefly introducing the basic information of Yeshiva University, he expressed the hope that the two sides will further strengthen the cooperation in talent cultivation through this visit.
After the meeting, Minking Chyu, Dean of SCUPI, accompanied Vice Provost Paul Russo and his delegation to visit the Sichuan University Museum, and the new building of SCUPI located on Jiang’an South Campus. After listening to the student presentations on their senior design projects, Vice Provost Paul Russo and his delegation further discussed the joint educational programs and future collaborations with SCUPI leaders and the Career Advising team.
