Volvo Lighthouse Program, enlightening SCUPIANS

Recently, 9 SCUPI students were invited to participate in the Volvo Cars Lighthouse Program – Chengdu Factory Open Day event. They had the opportunity to deeply experience Volvo Car’s culture and technological innovation, along with 40 undergraduate and graduate students from other universities in Chengdu. Through communication, learning, and sharing, they illuminated the future career development paths.
During the Open Day, a variety of engaging activities were organized for the participating students, including Volvo Car cultural tours, intelligent engineering visits, industry trends and new technology sharing, as well as career development workshops. These activities provided the students with a real work environment, concrete production scenes, and opportunities for close dialogue with engineers, greatly benefiting their personal growth.
