As a global leader in precision medicine innovation, GE Healthcare has been steadily advancing its key industrialization projects in western China over the past decade.
Sichuan University – Pittsburgh Institute (SCUPI) established a cooperative relationship with GE Healthcare in April 2018, and subsequently conducted visits to its Beijing and Shanghai bases in April and December 2023, respectively. To date, multiple graduates from the Institute have joined GE Healthcare for internships and employment, demonstrating outstanding performance in management trainee programs covering mechanical design, supply chain management, and other areas.
Moving forward, both parties will continue to deepen their collaboration, working together to create a model of mutually beneficial industry-university partnership and win-win talent development in western China and beyond.
