During the exchange, Dean Mai led an in-depth discussion with teachers centered on how to deal with the relationship with students, do a good job of classroom interaction, and how to improve students’ motivation in class. Dean Mai emphasized that teachers should actively communicate with students about their different views of the classroom, seek common ground while reserving differences, and commit to creating a better learning environment, as well as actively exerting teachers’ initiative to drive the classroom atmosphere through their own energy in pursuit of higher course quality.

In the warm exchange, the new teachers and senior teachers actively discussed with Dean Mai about various problems encountered in teaching. Dean Mai took his own teaching experience as an example and shared his views on questions and answers in the classroom, emphasizing that teachers should take the initiative to know students and lead them. In addition, Dean Mai emphasized that classroom teachers should use boards as a supplement, facing the students and conveying the teacher’s attention in order to increase the students’ attention to the classroom.
The exchange session summarized the various problems of teachers in the teaching process in the new semester. This training session helped teachers to develop a new understanding of how to better promote the classroom atmosphere and learn new ways to drive students’ motivation. The exchange session ended with a round of applause.

In the future, the institute will continue to listen to the difficulties encountered by teachers in teaching and take the initiative to communicate and learn from them, so as to further improve the quality of classroom teaching and bring the institute to a higher level.
