KU Leuven Delegates Visit Sichuan University – Pittsburgh Institute

On November 2, Wim Polet, Director of Campus International Office, and Zhibin Sun, Partner Coordinator from Faculty of Engineering Technology, KU Leuven, visited Sichuan University – Pittsburgh Institute (SCUPI). Minking Chyu, Dean of SCUPI, greeted the delegation, and hosted the meeting. The meeting was also attended by TZ Mai, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs; Kang Li, Associate Dean for Research; Ye Li, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs; Vivi Tang, Director of Administration; and Wenxi Mou, Director of Career Advising. The attendees had an in-depth discussion on the joint cultivation of students and agreed to make joint efforts for sustainable collaboration.
After the meeting, the delegation met with SCUPI students and provided useful information on application requirements and current programs, accommodation, scholarships, and other matters related to studying at KU Leuven.
The event ended on a high note with the Q&A session enthusiastically utilized by the students. Questions were raised on program settings, course arrangements, and learning resources.
