INP N7 Delegation Visited SCUPI

On 19 November, Prof. Adam QUOTB, Head of the Master of Science ESECA, Coordinator of the Master of Science programs, Co-Head of International Relations at Toulouse INP/ENSEEIHT, together with Prof. Tao Junwu, International Relations Coordinator, visited SCUPI for discussions on joint education programs and follow-up cooperation, followed by an info session for faculty and students.

Dr. Dong Liang, Director of Technical Support, Lab Engineers Wenwen Hu, and Career Advisor Shuang Xue and Zhima Luosang accompanied the guests on a SCUPI building tour that showcased the institute’s development and distinctive cultural initiatives.


Dr. Minking Chyu, Dean of SCUPI, Dr. Ye Li, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. TsunZee Mai, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Wei Tang, Associate Dean for Administration and International Affairs, Prof. Lawrence Lam, Assistant Prof. Guanqiang Zhou and staff representatives from Academic Affairs and Career Advising had meeting with INP N7 delegation. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on joint talent-cultivation schemes, master’s degree programs, and academic & industry exchanges, pledging to work together to advance and deepen bilateral cooperation.


Afterwards, Prof. Quotb gave a thematic briefing on the joint programs to SCUPI students. He first introduced the campus profile and resource strengths of INP Toulouse, then elaborated on its educational model and disciplinary features. Addressing students’ concerns, he explained that INP maintains a well-developed international cooperation framework that includes dedicated exchange tracks and summer schools, and has forged partnerships with more than 20 companies to provide abundant academic and practical opportunities.

During the Q&A session he answered questions on application deadlines, scholarship availability, and language of instruction. The lively interaction ended the briefing on a friendly and productive note.


The visit laid a solid foundation for a long-term, stable partnership. Both institutions reached a clear consensus on jointly cultivating high-caliber talent with global vision and professional competence. Taking this opportunity, they will continue to promote educational-resource sharing, implement joint programs, and inject new vitality into Sino-French academic exchanges and pragmatic cooperation.
