Duke Kunshan University ECE Program Information Session Successfully Concluded

On May 15th, the information session for the Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) program of Duke Kunshan University (DKU) was successfully hosted at Sichuan University-Pittsburgh Institute (SCUPI). Ms. Haoyue Luo, Senior Recruitment and Admissions Officer for Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke Kunshan University, was the keynote speaker.

During the event, Ms. Luo first introduced features and advantages of the Master of Engineering (MEng) program in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at DKU/Duke. The ECE MEng program at DKU is a STEM education program that provides students with dual identities at Duke Kunshan University and the Duke Pratt School of Engineering. Students will receive a Duke Master of Engineering degree. The program will offer two years of training for students, who will spend their first year at Duke Kunshan University. In their second year of the program, students will study abroad at Duke. Participants not only gain a dual-campus experience in China and the U.S. but are also eligible to apply for OPT opportunities for employment in the U.S..
She then highlighted the career paths of previous graduates, and introduced curriculum structure of the Master’s Program in Electrical and Computer Engineering at DKU/Duke

In addition, Ms. Luo provided a thorough explanation of the admission requirements and application procedures. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A section.
