Delegation of SCU Alumni Association in Henan Province Visited SCUPI

On Oct. 11th 2023, on behalf of Sichuan University Alumni Association in Henan Province, Mr. Gao Hongmin and his delegation paid a visit to Sichuan University-Pittsburgh Institute. Professor Minking Chyu, Dean of SCUPI, along with other leadership members and staff of undergraduate recruitment joined the meeting.
Professor Minking Chyu started with extending a warm welcome to the delegation and gave a brief introduction of the undergraduate recruitment in Henan Province as well as the Institute’s achievement of undergraduate cultivation in recent years. Mr. Gao congratulated SCUPI on the remarkable student outcomes and expressed his gratitude for SCUPI being able to quickly launch undergraduate recruitment in Henan Province following his last visit.
During the discussion, such topics as how to carry out the recruitment more efficiently in Henan Province and SCUPI student-centered, personalized cultivation concept were covered as well.
