Builder X delegation visited SCUPI

On February 28, 2024, Mr. Sui Shaolong, CEO, and Ms. Xu Mingri, COO of Builder X, visited SCUPI.
Dr. Kang Li, Associate Dean for Research, Dr. Ye Li, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Ms. Wei Tang, Director of Administration, as well as faculty representatives Dr. Jin Xu, Dr. Jianzhao Li, Dr. Yang Liu, Dr. Guangwu Qian, Dr. Xiaomei Tan, Ms. Shuang Xue, Career Advisor, and Ms. Yuchen Yang, Student Counselor attended the meeting.
Dr. Ye Li welcomed the team from BuilderX on behalf of the Institute. Ms. Wei Tang shared the development history and achievements of SCUPI. Then, CEO Sui Shaolong briefly introduced the business sectors of BuilderX, internship experiences of SCUPI students , and proposed directions for cooperation.
During the discussion, both sides actively explored potential directions for collaboration. Dr. Kang Li suggested future cooperative developments such as guiding senior design project, participating in internships and practical training, etc. He expressed the hope that both parties could work together to achieve the goals of industry and education integration, as well as talent cultivation. He also recommended that more students from our Institute participate in BuilderX’s domestic and international projects, aiming to cultivate engineering students’ ability to solve practical problems and contribute to the field of mechanical remote control.
