活动预告丨教育教改第十一期中期检查暨25-26春季学期教学研讨会

Dear Colleagues,

Our first teaching seminar of this semester will be held next Friday. This teaching seminar aims at conducting a mid-term review of the three ongoing education reform projects in our Institute. After each presentation, we will conduct a Q&A session.

《本科课程国际化与本土化协同机制研究——以课程思政、教材引进和本土化为视角》

本项目以推动课程思政和教材编写为视角和研究角度,主要是研究如何实现本科课程的国际化与本土化融合,将国际前沿与中国实际相结合,提升人才培养质量。中期报告将介绍项目立项背景、研究阶段性进展、不足与下一步计划。This project takes the promotion of curriculum development with political and policy considerations and textbook compilation as its research perspective. It mainly focuses on how to achieve the integration of internationalization and localization in undergraduate courses.

《人工智能与项目制教学协同推进集成计算材料工程人才培养机制优化研究》

This project aims to optimize talent cultivation in Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) by synergistically integrating artificial intelligence and project-based learning approaches. The project addresses current challenges in materials science education by developing an AI-enhanced pedagogical framework that combines multi-scale modeling, computational simulation, and data-driven optimization, while implementing real-world engineering projects to enhance students’ practical skills and innovative capabilities.

《产教融合牵引国际化本科创新人才培养模式构建——匹兹堡学院的探索与实践》

This project will explore our “348” framework and enterprise-driven curriculum innovation and discuss how to build sustainable strategies for cultivating international engineering innovators.

Based on its research objects and methods, the first presentation will be delivered mainly in Chinese, while the following two will be presented in English. Attendees are kindly advised to arrange their schedules accordingly.
